The FX110 MicroScan is an ultra portable, battery powered data acquisition unit designed specifically for intensive AT-LINE QC applications. The MicroSCAN operates with a range of probes to provide 4 different applications 
- Interlace
- Tension
- Spin Finish
- Yarn Temperature
Any two of these applications can be provided with a single MicroSCAN.
The user interface of the MicroScan is a touch screen; this allows access to generate set point and data files for each Application and control of the Data Acquisition sequence.
Each application incorporates state of the art data analysis routines, which together with ISO calibration provides extremely accurate measurements with a range of statistical data. The summary data is presented on the screen with the facility to download to a PC which provides tabular and graphical summary formats and print options
Up to 15 setpoint files and 20 data files can be stored in the MicroScan for each application. During acquisition samples are automatically numbered, and up to 500 readings can be stored in each data file.
The MicroScan’s user-friendliness as an At-Line instrument, together with its multi-functional capabilities make it a unique and comprehensive test instrument for the Textile industry that encompasses both daily Quality Control verification / Quality Improvement and R&D requirements.
